SC Bucket Configuration
Continuous buckets are available in lapping with non-lapping bucket ends. Lapped ends have improved side containment and are frequently used for extremely-fine materials with fluid charactistics..
Long-pitch chains are available in lengths of 6", 7", 9", 10", 12", 18", and 24" for buckets to 233/4" deep.
Head sprockets for Super-Capacity elevators are specified "keyed-in-line & matched in pairs" to assure alignment.
Chains are "matched and tagged right-hand and left-hand pairs".
Boot sprockets secured in place with set-collars on the shaft one set-screwed in place, and the other free to rotate.
2 chain pitches per bucket. Short pitches rotate more smoothly at head and boot sprocket or wheel, allow smaller PD.
1 chain pitch per bucket. Chain pitch is equal to bucket depth, and is available up to 24" (61 CM) long.
