The Essmueller Company offers two enclosed, sliding-belt conveyors to suit specific needs in conveying dry bulk materials. Essmueller Belt Conveyors are built to the highest industrial standards. Each unit is designed and built to customer specifications, making you, the customer, a most important contributor.
Model “ET” enclosed trough conveyor is a conventional enclosed belt conveyor that is fully CEMA compliant. It is designed to have a fully supported belt on the carrying side thus eliminating material spillage from the carrying belt to the return area.
Model “EM” patented en-masse conveyor is a high capacity piece of conveying equipment. It has vertical sidewalls that allow material to be conveyed at a much greater depth in the rectangular shaped trough. Belt and sidewall clearances exceed CEMA standards so that the sidewalls never contact the belt. These features allow the “EM” en-masse belt conveyor to handle twice the amount of material at half the belt speed of conventional models.

• Continuosly supported belt using a special low-friction back belt sliding on a UHMW lined pan.
• A special rubber, low friction back belt that is oil resistant, static conductive and fire-retardant.

• Gasketed, hip-roof covers as standard.
